Insured Delivery

When your order is shipped it will be very securely packaged and dispatched either by Special Delivery for UK orders or by Airsure for international deliveries. It is insured from the moment it leaves our premises until it is received by you. We always phone you to inform you that your order has been despatched so you will know when to expect delivery - see times for delivery below.

Standard Delivery Times

In the UK you should receive your goods no later than seven business days from order confirmation. (A business day is a day of the week which is not a weekend or UK Bank Holiday).

International Delivery
We have spent time implementing a convenient international delivery system so you can send long distance friends or relatives a gift.

Refunds Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with any seals and wrappers unbroken.
